Sometimes there are off brand perfumes that are imitations of the real kind.  Sometimes when some companies offer a cologne discount, they are really giving you a discount on the cologne.  This means that they are discounting what it costs to make the product and not giving you quality but giving you exactly what you pay for.  A quarter of the quality of what the real version offers.  There is nothing wrong with buying these knock off perfumes just as long as you are not paying full price for them.  They do smell almost exactly the same but you will see they do not last very long.  They will usually smell strong for about 10 minutes and then after that it will seem like you never even used the perfume.  Yes, you saved some money buying knockoff but you will find yourself using it more just to make it through the day. Other companies offer you a cologne discount and give you the real deal at a great price.

Many times, you will get lucky enough to find an online perfume store that will offer discount perfume on named brand products and will offer you a guarantee.  This is what you are looking for when you are not sure about the company you are buying from.  Some of these companies have so much stock that they can afford to sell it at a discounted price just so they can clear inventory.  You can always find a better deal as long as you are smart and patient about it.  Always make sure that you are always getting what you pay for when it comes to buying perfumes.
